How to get the error details about "Red Card" situation for a trade?

Sometimes I get Red Card after placing a trade. I would like to be able to find out what actually caused Red Card but I do not know how to extract that information.

The response you receive contains some basic information about the status of the instruction you sent. See the page Usage Notes: Messages & Errors of the API documentation for information on errors.

Once you have the response error codes, you can use the lookup tables given on the page API Error Code Lookup Values to determine what the error message is.
