How do I list the names of all available markets?

Which query should I pass to ListMarketInformationSearch(…) to return a complete list of all available markets?

There is intentionally no way to list all available markets.

Thanks for the answer. Any particular reason for this?

We filter on the server side so the client doesn’t have to keep fetching a complete list in the event that new markets are added or old ones removed.
