Is there a way to add new markets to an existing Lightstreamer price feed Listener?

No. When you start a price listener you can specify multiple markets; but you cannot add additional markets to an existing listener. You can however have multiple listeners on a single connection; although we have seen negative performance characteristics if you have too many listeners.
