Silverlight CIAPI logging issue

Recommended Posts

Guest andreif

When using Silverlight version of CIAPI, debug log window shows multiple messages with this text:

A first chance exception of type ‘System.InvalidOperationException’ occurred in System.Windows.dll A first chance exception of type ‘System.InvalidOperationException’ occurred in System.Windows.Browser.dll

I’ve used debugger to see where it happens, and got these stack traces. I guess there is some problem in Silverlight version of logging susbsystem, preventing it from functioning properly.

Do you have debug logging enabled? Perhaps post a link to your github repo so we can duplicate the error.

Andrei – in your source I see no code for logging in order to duplicate this problem. Can you create a simple isolated spike that reproduces this error? (@mrdavidlaing too)
