Physicsman 30 Report post Posted January 18, 2021 Hi Chris, I took a look into the ticket status and also spoke with the development team. The bug ticket has continuously been pushed back and moved out of the current Sprints, due to the business having higher priority/more urgent projects they want worked on. The ticket is currently assigned to the Sprint 26 Jan - 8 Feb but the team cannot say definitivelt whether it will be done in that Sprint or not. Their inclination is that it won't be due to the number of other stories they already have. The bug will be fixed at some point in time, but we can't say when that will be at the moment. Our apologies that it isn't better news. Kind Regards, PM Share this post Link to post

The historical trade information does not contain anything on the account open position state prior to each trade. No information is given as to whether you were flat in the market or already long 2 for example. The historical trade information is mainly: Buy/Sell placed in market X with quantity Y at price Z along with the time/date stamp for the transaction. Kind Regards, PM We're coming up on a year. There are several issues on this thread. Is there any plan to for getting these bugs and limitations fixed? Share this post Link to post
Physicsman 30 Report post Posted April 9, 2021 Hi Jflaggs, The bug about the max number of historical requests is still in our backlog but is not currently a priority. This means it isn't scheduled to be addressed in this quarter as the business has specified other things as higher priority instead. There is nothing for the request about adding a flag to indicate whether a trade is "to open" or "to close" so that is not going to happen. Should you have a relationship manager at Gain, then it's worth speaking with them about it. Kind Regards, PM Share this post Link to post
