Who is the right person to contact for an AppKey

How do I obtain an AppKey? I have emailed the addressed supplied in the docs but the email bounced back.

Do you have a relationship manager for your account? If you do, they can help get you setup with an AppKey.

In the case where your account does not have a relationship manager, please contact client services requesting an API Key in order to use our API.
