Cannot place a Market Order

When placing a Market order with my account, the status of order returned is 10 (Red Card). And the status reason is 176. Note that I cannot find the status reason of 176 on the list of StatusReason on your documentation page. That list only has 160 StatusReasons. 

So I don't know why my order submission was failed. Note that this problem was occurred two days ago. I still placed order successfully before. 

Would you please check and let me know the reason of this problem? And please show me how I can solve it.

Hi KhaoNguyen,

Status reason 176 relates to new criteria involved for the ESMA leverage cap changes which came into force from the August 1st.

If you could drop a message with your account and also the market Id, we can look into this further.
